Capacity Building
Capacity building is the process by which individuals and organizations obtain, improve, and retain the skills, knowledge, tools, equipment and other resources needed to do their jobs efficiently or to a greater capacity. We put efforts in capacity building by which artisans obtain, improve, and retain the skills, knowledge, tools, equipment and other resources needed to do their jobs competently or to a greater capacity.
HELP Foundation endeavours to train artisans in product development, design, quality control, business administration, and leadership. This ensures sustainable, long-term impact for the hilly women as they connect to global and indian markets and earn a higher incomeby using their traditional art skills.

We, at HELP FOUNDATION, give artisans flexibility of duration and schedule their working. Artisans access flexible working through their personal choice. We provides employment in 3 ways:

- WFH – Work from Home for those women who are not able to leave their houses because of their personal engagement.

Artisans Groups
Artisans groups at HELP FOUNDATION gives women artisans the opportunity to earn a living for themselves and enabling them to provide a healthy and decent living for their families without relying on their husbands or others. Artisans Groups are an engine for our organizational economic growth and an alternative approach to conventional trade practices. It brings consumers and producers closer together and provides a way for consumers to provide benefit to the lives of producers
Women Empowerment
HELP means “collective good.” We help women and community “do good better” by creating symbiotic relationships between those who are bringing about change on the ground and those who have the means and resources to enable that change. Since our establishment, HELP Foundation has given marketing support to various groups of small women and craftsmen co-operatives. By giving the opportunity to the women who are engaged in only household activities not only making them economically empowered but also increases the income levels of the families.
It is our continuous effort to provide them an opportunity to improve their living standards and continue with their livelihoods - the tradition of devotional art. We also provide training and teaching facilities to unskilled women, establishing new local groups of women. We are exploring the new ways to make the artisan members self-sustainable and to give them access and control over significant financial and social resource, a status in their family and society.
